25-hour Training • Sequencing Alchemy
A word from Fanny • 60 seconds on whether this weekend is for you
If your classes have started to feel like the same class on repeat, it's not your imagination, it's your defaults. This weekend is where you learn to build fresh, intentional flows on purpose, instead of teaching on autopilot.
YOU'LL LEAVE WITH:
• Clear sequencing principles you can apply immediately
• Tools to move beyond repetitive templates with clarity
• Greater confidence in your sequencing choices
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Build classes on purpose, not on repeat

01
Krama & creative progressions
Build sequences through intentional layering: adapting and scaling poses so classes feel clear and embodied. Using krama, you'll deepen experience through changes in range, tempo, and orientation, keeping flows fresh without piling on more poses.

02
Frameworks & transition design
Work with clear sequencing frameworks and archetypes: ladder, krama, puzzle, and namaskar-inspired structures, that organise a class without limiting expression. Plus practical tools to build fluid transitions from any asana, so transitions become points of connection, not afterthoughts.

03
Sequencing from movement initiation
Explore how movement begins and travels in the body. This somatic lens shifts attention from arriving in shapes toward internal organisation, timing, and continuity, placing transitions at the centre of the flow.
YOU'LL BE ABLE TO:
• Design sequences with clear intention, structure, and creative coherence
• Build classes from adaptable frameworks rather than fixed templates
• Create fluid, intelligent transitions that support continuity and flow
• Use movement-initiation principles to deepen embodiment and responsiveness
• Communicate your sequencing logic clearly and confidently
"My creativity as a teacher has been unlocked. I'd been getting a little too comfortable doing the same old thing, now the possibilities feel endless."
Layla · Sequencing graduate

Sequencing · Adaptive alignment
Brings a creative, embodied approach to sequencing, focused on how progression, repetition, transitions, and structure work together to create coherent, adaptable classes. She helps teachers move beyond fixed templates into confident choices.
Willemieke Verweij
Somatic movement · MSc Biomechanics
Brings a movement-based, somatic perspective informed by dance and improvisation, emphasising sequencing from movement initiation: transitions, responsiveness, and how internal organisation shapes a class that feels organic and lived-in.

Sequencing determines how a class feels: physically, mentally, emotionally. Without clear sequencing logic, even well-intended classes can feel repetitive or disjointed, leaving students without a sense of direction. Sequencing Alchemy helps you understand how sequences work, so you can design classes that feel intentional and responsive, and adapt confidently to different students, contexts, and moments.

YOUR QUESTIONS
Good to know
Is a Vinyasa background required to register?
No. And you don’t need to have completed a 200h Vinyasa-specific training. We simply expect you to be familiar with flow-style type of classes.
Do I have to buy the manual(s)?
No, the manuals are given to you as part of the training.
Do I need to be enrolled in the 300h Modern Vinyasa training to join this module?
No, you’re welcome to join this module as a standalone training. If you decide later to enroll in the full 300h program, this module will count toward your certification.
How good does my English need to be?
Our trainee & trainer(s) community is international and multilingual: you’ll hear many accents and cultural backgrounds in the room. You do need a good understanding of English and the ability to communicate in it, but your English doesn’t have to be perfect. You’re always welcome to ask for clarification or repetition during the training.
