A home for movement lovers, curious teachers and lifelong students

We host a growing family of teacher trainings, from modern vinyasa and yin yoga to pilates, barre and pilates, all under one roof in Leiden, or in heartwarming retreat locations.

What connects them isn't one method or lineage, but a shared belief in movement as a path to transformation, presence and connection. Each training has its own voice, focus and teaching team. What they all share: high-quality guidance, embodied learning, and a welcoming, down-to-earth atmosphere.
