By registering for a training offered by Tribes Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration and Payment

For offers below €500, the full amount is required upon registration.
For offers above €500, a non-refundable deposit is required upon registration. The deposit amount varies by program and is clearly stated on the program page.
Payment in installments may be available upon request by email to academy@yourtribes.nl. Specific details will be provided upon registration.
Tribes Academy reserves the right to refuse admission to any training.
You agree that the organizers have the right to modify programs and cancel training or retreats if necessary. Refunds will only be issued for payments made directly to the organizers. Other costs (e.g., flights or accommodations) will not be reimbursed.
Reflection Period: For participants (consumers), a reflection period of 14 days applies, starting the day after registration. This also applies if the participant registers and their employer or company pays for the course. However, if the contract is signed by the employer directly, no reflection period applies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 3 months before the start of the training: 50% of the training fee will be refunded.
Cancellation up to 1 month before the start of the training: 25% of the training fee will be refunded.
Cancellation within 1 month before the training: No refund possible. However, if personal reasons prevent attendance, we will make efforts to offer a place in a future training.
For an administrative fee of €75, you may transfer your booking to another training.
Refund Processing: All refunds due will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.

Complaints Procedure

The complaints procedure is public and accessible via our website and study guide.

We refer to existing persons who are named in the complaints procedure.

For formal complaints, refer to the Yoga Alliance and our official Grievance Policy as published on our website.

Liability Waiver

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below.

Travel Insurance: You are solely responsible for obtaining travel insurance.
Health and Fitness: Participation in activities (e.g., yoga, dance, meditation, breathwork) requires a certain level of physical and mental fitness. You accept full responsibility for assessing your ability and proceeding in a way that aligns with your personal health and psychological state.
Communication of Limitations: You agree to inform instructors of any medical or physical limitations and to avoid movements or practices that may lead to injury.
Liability Release: You, your heirs, and legal representatives waive and release the organizers from all liabilities resulting from participation, including injury or death.
Organizer Rights: The organizers reserve the right to accept or decline applications, modify the program, or cancel as necessary. In case of cancellation by the organizer, payments will be refunded in full. Additional expenses (e.g., travel, accommodation) will not be reimbursed.
Inherent Risks: You acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activities and release Tribes Academy and all involved trainers from liability due to negligence. Stop participation and seek help if you experience discomfort.
Retreat Registration: By registering for a retreat, you confirm you are in good health and responsible for your own travel insurance.

General Guidelines

Clients must follow all guidelines and directions from Tribes Academy.
Communication will be via email. By registering, you consent to email contact and accept the risks of electronic communication.
Notify us in writing if your email address changes.

Website Usage

You must request written permission to link to our website or reproduce content.
Do not copy, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.
By submitting material to us, you grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license for its use in any lawful purpose.

Data Collected: Personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number) is collected during registration. Functional cookies enhance user experience.
Purpose: Your data is used to create and manage user accounts.
Third-Party Sharing: Your data is not shared with third parties.
User Rights: You may access or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Policy Updates: Changes to our privacy policy will be communicated via email or our website.
