Raised by creative parents in The Netherlands, Indra’s life has always been infused with movement and curiosity. From ballet to African dance to bachata, she explored many forms of expression before diving into yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness in 2002. What began as a personal practice turned into a deep calling to teach and guide others.

Indra’s classes are adaptive, rooted in intuition, and layered with playfulness. With over 8,000 hours of teaching, she holds space for transformation across physical, emotional, and energetic dimensions. Her presence is grounded yet creative, inviting each student to meet themselves fully and explore their own process.

Why I Teach
Indra teaches to uplift and empower. She believes movement is a gateway to reconnecting with our best selves, offering clarity, joy, and strength. Her mission is to create safe, sacred space where students feel supported to grow, express, and transform.
