200-hour Modern Vinyasa TT
Begin your journey as a teacher with our 200-hour Teacher Training. Designed with passion, this foundation program offers clear and in-depth explanations and practices covering the fundamentals of Yoga and Modern Vinyasa. These strong and transformative roots will support your further study and personal development. Training is offered in two formats: modular (5 weekends & a 1-week retreat) and an intensive (20 full days of training).
200-hour Modern Vinyasa TT
After completing your initial 200-hour training, you can deepen your knowledge and embodiment through our advanced 300-hour program. This training consists of two thematic 75-hour retreats and five subject-specific 25-hour modules, complemented by personal development hours. You can choose to register for individual modules and retreats based on your interests or enroll in the full 300-hour program for a comprehensive experience.
