Jennifer
"What I truly appreciate is how inspiring it is to watch you demonstrate the exercises. You bring them with the elegance of a ballerina and a touch of humor, which makes me feel both challenged and at ease. Your classes are always refreshing and creative – I often find myself wondering: how do you come up with this? Even during the restrictions of corona you found playful solutions, like when ‘our block became our new friend.’

Your energy is contagious and lifts the whole group to a higher level. What may seem simple at first often turns out to be a clever challenge, where one small detail makes all the difference and pushes us to go to our limits – and makes us want to. With your warmth, knowledge, and wisdom, every class becomes a valuable experience. You are an inspiring teacher who leaves a lasting impression through humor, strength, and grace."
