An Invitation to the Art of Healing Touch
Thai Yoga Massage is more than just a therapeutic technique—it's a living tradition of healing that weaves together movement, mindfulness, and presence. Rooted in the ancient medical systems of India and Thailand, this sacred art has been passed down through generations as a way to bring balance to body, mind, and spirit. Sometimes referred to as “assisted yoga” or “lazy man’s yoga,” it blends rhythmic acupressure, energy line work, gentle stretching, and meditative presence to create a deeply nourishing experience for both giver and receiver.
Originating over 2,500 years ago with influences from Ayurvedic medicine, Buddhism, and traditional Thai healing practices, Thai Yoga Massage is grounded in the understanding that touch can be a gateway to deeper connection and transformation. This practice invites both practitioner and receiver into a shared meditative space—where breath, movement, and intention merge into a dynamic dance of healing.
What You'll Learn

A Meditative and Conscious Approach to Touch
At the heart of Thai Yoga Massage is the quality of presence. This course emphasizes touch as a form of communication—one that transcends words and connects us to the subtle language of the body and heart. Through guided practice, you will learn how to approach the body with respect, attentiveness, and listening hands, cultivating a meditative awareness that supports both healing and relational depth.

We will explore how to move and touch from a grounded center, with mindfulness and compassion, embodying qualities that are essential not only to bodywork, but to how we meet others in life.

More Than Technique: A Journey of Self-Development
While you will leave this course with solid technical skills, the deeper invitation is one of personal transformation. Thai Yoga Massage teaches us to slow down, to listen, and to be present—not only with others, but with ourselves. It nurtures qualities of empathy, patience, and receptivity.
This is not just a training—it’s a path of self-inquiry, a way to explore how we relate to others through touch, and how to hold space with integrity and compassion. For anyone wishing to develop a deeper connection with the body, with others, and with life itself, this course is a profound step on that path.
