Explore the emotional landscape of Yin Yoga through energy systems from East and West. This module bridges the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the Chakra System to illuminate how Yin Yoga supports emotional processing and inner harmony. You’ll learn how each element connects to an organ, emotion, and season, and how these energetic forces influence our moods, patterns, and physical wellbeing. Through theory and practice, you’ll explore how to design Yin sequences that support emotional release and energy flow, drawing from the cycles of nature and the wisdom of the subtle body.

YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

YOUR QUESTIONS

Good to know

Is homework given during the training?

You’ll receive a short list of things to review between weekends, usually a mix of reading, revisiting key material, and practising teaching.

That said, how much time you dedicate is completely up to you. We trust you to listen to your own rhythm and choose where to focus your energy, based on your interests and life responsibilities.

Are the manuals included?

No, the manuals are given to you as part of the training.

How good does my English need to be?

Our trainee & trainer(s) community is international and multilingual: you’ll hear many accents and cultural backgrounds in the room. You do need a good understanding of English and the ability to communicate in it, but your English doesn’t have to be perfect. You’re always welcome to ask for clarification or repetition during the training.
