The Essence of Flow

Nurture the Art of Fluid & Effective Vinyasa

What makes a vinyasa practice truly sing? When breath and movement harmonize, transitions become seamless, and alignment feels intuitive, a state of flow emerges. This immersive training is an invitation to explore that space. We’ll dive into the foundational skills and teaching techniques that bring vinyasa to life: alignment in motion, core integration, sequencing that makes sense, and cueing that truly lands. By the end, you’ll feel more confident in guiding smooth, intelligent, and embodied flows, while staying grounded in both function and feel.

You’ll leave with:
💜 A deeper understanding of vinyasa as both method and metaphor
💜 Tools for creating fluid, functional, and intentional sequences
💜 Practical cueing strategies for seamless transitions
💜 A manual full of alignment principles and teaching prompts

They bring together a rich blend of precision and poetry, science and somatics. Fanny’s expertise in functional anatomy, fascia, and intelligent sequencing meets Willemieke’s background in dance, cultural anthropology, and presence-based movement.

Together, they create a training space that is structured yet intuitive, where technique supports expression, and flow becomes something you feel from the inside out. Their shared guidance invites you to teach not just what you know, but what you embody.

Carlijn

This alignment part blew my mind. Fanny is a great teacher and how she transfers all the knowledge she has during class and in the manual; simply amazing. This training helped me to understand why everybody is not the same and thus why every asana is not the same for everyone. It is about how you align your body, no matter what kind of body you have. The training enriched my practice. I now pay more attention to the alignment during transitions.
