From climbing walls to the mat
Fanny's first movement language was competitive lead climbing: precise, demanding, all about performance. Yoga gave her a different relationship with her body, one built on freedom, connection and curiosity. Her years in art photography and graphic design left her with an eye for form and detail, which she now brings to how a body moves and how a class is built.

Anatomy you can feel, sequences that make sense
Fanny teaches function over shape. Drawing on functional anatomy, Rolfing® Structural Integration and ongoing study in biomechanics, she helps students and teachers read the body in front of them rather than a picture of a pose. Her classes are built with intention: clear structure, smart transitions and room for creativity, from restorative to strong flows. Philosophy is part of the practice too, not as theory, but as something to live and explore.
Why I train teachers
Teaching is Fanny's way of continuing to learn. She co-leads the 200-hour Modern Vinyasa training with Willemieke, teaches the weekend trainings in alignment, assist and sequencing, and writes free guides for teachers who want to cue, assist and sequence with more confidence. What she cares about most is helping teachers find their own voice: clear, grounded and true to who they are.
