WHAT THEY ARE SAYING
Hear it from them
01

Beyond the surface
Asana technique through the lens of anatomy. Understand what's happening beneath the shape. Learn to see, feel, and guide the body with precision, curiosity, and care.
02

Beyond the structure
Sequencing that flows from function and intention. Move past templates. Explore how to design creative, intelligent sequences that support the body, breath, and nervous system, and keep your classes inspired and adaptable.
03

The teacher's path
A space for growth, reflection, and realignment. Reconnect to why you teach. Through retreats, mentorship, and shared practice, this training helps you grow not just in skill, but in confidence, presence, and purpose.
04

Energetics, touch & communication
Refined tools to reach your students. From hands-on assists to sound, cueing, and subtle energetics, expand your toolbox to support students with more nuance, clarity, and care.
05

Authentic teaching
Presence, voice, and truth in teaching. Go beyond performance and step into your own presence. This training supports you in teaching from who you are, grounded, clear, and connected.
06

Core, somatics & philosophy
Deepen into core integration, somatic work and yoga philosophy, so your teaching rests on more than technique.

A DAY AT THE TRAINING
WHY THIS TRAINING MATTERS
A 200-hour training gives you the foundations. What comes next is often less clear: workshops here and there, without a thread that ties them together.
The 300h Modern Vinyasa gives you that thread. Each module goes deep into one topic, and together they build a teacher who understands the body, designs classes with intention and teaches from who they are.
It's built to fit a life that's already full. Start with any module, follow the order that suits you, and take up to three years to complete the 300 hours.
YOU'LL BE ABLE TO
Read the body in front of you and adapt, beyond alignment rules
Design creative, intelligent sequences that support body, breath and nervous system
Use touch, voice, cueing and subtle energetics to reach your students
Teach from presence and purpose: grounded, clear and connected

Who you'll learn from
This training is led by Willemieke Verweij & Fanny Alavoine, with guest teachers joining for specific modules. Fanny brings a deep love of functional anatomy, biomechanics, and intelligent sequencing, always grounded in presence and clarity. She supports teachers in refining their skills while staying connected to the soul of the practice. Willemieke blends somatics, dance, and yoga into an approach that values inner listening and embodied expression. Her teaching invites you to move and guide from authenticity, not performance. Together, they create a space that's both structured and intuitive, where your growth as a teacher is fully supported.
This weekend truly shifted my perspective on anatomy and the body in motion. I no longer see alignment as something that should look the same for everyone, everywhere, and in every pose. Incredibly refreshing and liberating!
Nicole
I really enjoyed learning more about sequencing. Fanny is very knowledgeable and experienced and has so much to share on sequencing and her own approach to sequencing.
Niki
It offered all the necessary tools to awaken that spark for hands-on assisting, making it feel both accessible and meaningful.
Szidónia
It was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. The training was meticulously planned yet offered the flexibility to adapt to the group's energy and needs.
