NOT READY TO COMMIT?
What makes a vinyasa practice truly sing? When breath and movement harmonise, transitions become seamless, and alignment feels intuitive, a state of flow emerges. This immersive training is an invitation to explore that space. We’ll dive into the foundational skills and teaching techniques that bring vinyasa to life: alignment in motion, core integration, sequencing that makes sense, and cueing that truly lands. By the end, you’ll feel more confident in guiding smooth, intelligent, and embodied flows, while staying grounded in both function and feel.
YOU'LL LEAVE WITH
A deeper understanding of vinyasa as both method and metaphor
Tools for creating fluid, functional, and intentional sequences

HANDS-ON TRAINING
A DAY AT THE TRAINING
WHY THIS TRAINING MATTERS
Vinyasa is the most taught style, and often the least explained. Many teachers learn sequences, but not what makes them flow.
This immersive looks at vinyasa as a method: how breath, alignment and core organisation make transitions seamless, and how sequencing and cueing turn a series of poses into one movement.
A week away gives you the time to practise it, feel it in your own body, and take it straight into your classes.
YOU'LL BE ABLE TO
Design fluid, functional sequences with seamless transitions
Cue transitions so they land, clearly and in time with the breath
Teach alignment in motion, not only in still poses
Build core stability into the flow of a class

Who you'll learn from
Fanny and Willemieke bring together a rich blend of precision and poetry, science and somatics. Fanny’s expertise in functional anatomy, fascia, and intelligent sequencing meets Willemieke’s background in dance, cultural anthropology, and presence-based movement. Together, they create a training space that is structured yet intuitive, where technique supports expression, and flow becomes something you feel from the inside out. Their shared guidance invites you to teach not just what you know, but what you embody.
I was really happy and impressed by the quality of Fanny's live teaching and the course materials.

YOUR QUESTIONS
Good to know
Do I need a Vinyasa background for the weekend trainings and immersives?
No. Our weekend trainings and immersives are open to teachers of any style: yoga, Pilates, barre or dance. Being familiar with flow-style classes helps, but you don't need a Vinyasa background or a 200h Vinyasa training.
Are the manuals included?
No, the manuals are given to you as part of the training.
Do I need to be enrolled in the 300h Modern Vinyasa training to join this module?
No, you’re welcome to join this module as a standalone training. If you decide later to enrol in the full 300h programme, this module will count toward your certification.
How good does my English need to be?
Our trainee & trainer(s) community is international and multilingual: you’ll hear many accents and cultural backgrounds in the room. You do need a good understanding of English and the ability to communicate in it, but your English doesn’t have to be perfect. You’re always welcome to ask for clarification or repetition during the training.
