Felix De Rond
Felix will help you with observation, analysation and optimisation of movement quality. Through deepening your understanding of how your own body moves—how it stabilises, aligns, and flows—you will become more adept at observing and guiding your students. The more attuned you become to the mechanics of your own movement, the more clearly you will recognise patterns and opportunities for refinement in others.
Willemieke Verweij
Willemieke will coach your understanding of anatomy, breath and movement. The anatomy and biomechanics of breath and movement are essential in ensuring that exercises are performed effectively, while also enhancing the body’s functional capacity. Your ability to explain and demonstrate the interplay between breath, core engagement, and movement patterns will empower clients to move with greater ease, strength, and awareness.
