This form of yoga brings deep stretching together with mindfulness and meditation. The postures will be held for 1-5 minutes while props support you to allow muscles to relax. This way the deeper layers of the body; the connective tissue, the joints, tendons and bones get to be included in more opening. As we target these inner layers we stimulate different energy channels called meridians in Chinese Medicine. These channels are connected to your emotions, mental and physical inner-world.
