A modular journey into depth, energy & self-discovery
Step into the transformative world of Yin Yoga with this 200-hour modular Teacher Training. Whether you feel called to teach or are longing to deepen your own practice, this journey offers a spacious, grounded, and embodied approach to Yin Yoga. Rooted in ancient wisdom and informed by modern understanding, the training invites you to slow down, feel more, and explore the subtle landscapes of your body, mind, and energy.
Rather than rushing through content, this program unfolds in four immersive modules, each exploring a unique layer of Yin Yoga. You’ll learn through experience, on the mat, in stillness, in dialogue, and through your own process of insight.
Held in an inclusive and heart-centered space, the training supports you in finding your own voice, rhythm, and relationship to the practice. All modules take place at the Tribes studio in Leiden and/or in a nature-based setting. You can begin with any module and complete them at your own pace.
Join us to reconnect with what matters, embody your wisdom, and share Yin Yoga in a way that feels authentic and deeply personal.

Marja
I recently completed the 50 hrs Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Indra, and I can honestly say it was a truly enriching and inspiring experience. The training was so well thought out—almost perfect in its structure and flow. Indra guided us with such clarity and care, ensuring we covered all the meridians in a comprehensive and accessible way. The sessions were beautifully supported by thoughtfully chosen music and deeply nourishing asanas that created a calming and meditative atmosphere. I learned so much throughout the training, valuable knowledge and insights that I’m already excited to weave into my own yoga classes. Indra’s passion and wisdom shine through every part of her teaching. I enjoyed this training big time and feel incredibly grateful to have been a part of it!

Hannah
I’ve been lucky enough to be taking yoga classes and having massages by Indra for close to two years now. Her Yin Yoga classes have been a staple part of my week that I look forward to hugely; her informative and playful teaching style are a perfect mix to educate us while also creating a relaxed atmosphere. Indra’s extensive knowledge, backed by a lot of in-depth training, is clear - her classes are creative, varying, and always leave me in a relaxed state.
I also recently completed two modules of the Yin Yoga teacher training with Indra. Her approach to the training was amazing - well structured and thought-out, with great awareness of the flow of classes spread out over long days.
Indra’s massages are also incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. She takes the time to understand each individual’s needs and seems to have a sixth sense about where exactly a person is holding tension. I couldn’t recommend booking a massage or a yoga class with her enough ♥️
