During this module, I rediscovered my passion for restorative flow. What I loved about this module is how you can connect asanas with themes and intentions. It brings your practice to a deeper level. I love connecting an asana with a concept as it gives my practice a deeper meaning.

The Russian dolls, the tools for poses, kramas, etc., I just loved the tools to create new poses and transitions. I cannot begin to express how those changed my practice. Who thinks that creating a sequence is just about putting some asanas in a row, you are about to be in for a surprise. To create a sequence means you are on the mat, exploring different ways to transition from asana to asana. The tools Fanny gives changed the way I used to create sequences. This YTT really changed my perspective on teaching yoga.

This alignment module blew my mind. Fanny is a great teacher and how she transfers all the knowledge she has during class and in the manual; simply amazing. This module helped me to understand why everybody is not the same and thus why every asana is not the same for everyone. It is about how you align your body, no matter what kind of body you have. The knowledge from Module 1 enriched my practice. I now pay more attention to the alignment during poses and transitions.

I feel like my creativity as a teacher has been unlocked in this training. I found new joy because of it. I had been getting a little too comfortable doing the same old thing. Over the weekend, I discovered new tools and ways to explore more creativity in theming, sequencing, and cueing. Now, I feel like the possibilities are endless. I am confident that I will be able to bring many beautiful classes to life thanks to what I learned from Fanny. This module reignited my excitement to deepen my own practice and knowledge, as well as my teaching.

The Understanding Alignment module was a weekend well spent!
I left with a clear overview of the main joint complexes and I loved the applied anatomy when we were working in smaller groups.

The barre class of Willemieke is AMAZING! It is a killer and fun workout. She has a great selection of beats to move too. I have been going to it for aprox. 5 years and it never gets boring. She is super creative and is making each class unique. She is always bringing positive energy to the class. Super recommended if you like moving to music and doing a good workout!

I am following Willemieke her Barre class for years now and I almost never skip one! I even changed my work schedule so I am able to attend two classes a week. Willemieke has a sparkling and cheerful personality that makes her students enthusiastic. On top of that she is an amazing dancer who is a joy to watch. She knows the ballet technique very well and she will help you to get the best out of you!

This training has really enriched me in every way. Willemieke and Fanny not only have a lot of knowledge and experience, but they also know how to convey this very beautifully. They provide a safe place where you can grow in your process. There is room for interpretation, the lessons and workshops are very educational and very diverse, and all facets have been taken into account. The training has brought me closer to myself and given me many tools and handles to enrich and improve my lessons. I got to know new sides of myself again. The manuals are extensive and very educational. I am extremely grateful to Willemieke and Fanny, my fellow group members, and to myself for this process. So far this is the best yoga training I have taken.
